What will the class look like


The SAMBO class looks different than any other martial arts class. Below is the class’ structure:

1. WARM UP
It is conducted in the form of games, competitions & teamwork. The goal is to prevent injuries to you and to have fun while doing it.
2. Acrobatics and Gymnastics
This part of the class trains your flexibility and coordination.
3. Ground Moves
Most fights end up on the ground. This part of the class teaches you the skills to feel confident in that type of situation: arm submissions, leg submissions, choking and holding techniques.
4. Take Downs & Throws
How do you start using gear and no gear.
5. Kicks and Punches
This part of the class will teach you the most effective strikes.
6. Sparing
Practice what you hav learned in the class under the instructor’s supervision.
7. Final Workout
Make your abdominals / core, biceps and hips stronger.
8. Conclusion
