Andrei Popandopoulo
Andrei is a world-class instructor with multiple awards and achievements in Judo, SAMBO and Mixed martial Arts. He is the creator of a widely successful www.selfdefensevideos.com website, that has helped thousands of people globally to learn self-defense in an easy, well structured way. Andrei began his sports career in 1978 in the Olympic Development School of Moscow βSAMBO-70β - one of the most prestigious schools in the former Soviet Union. From 1983-1985, Andrei served in the Special Forces of the Soviet Army. After his army service, Andrei acquired his bachelor's degree from Central University of Physical Education. Following graduation through 1991, he worked as a professor of physical education in MICI University in Moscow, where he was also a head coach in Judo, Wrestling and SAMBO teams. In 1991, after immigrating to United States, Andrei worked as a Fitness and Martial Arts Instructor in the Boston Area. In 1994, he opened International Massage Therapy Center in Arlington Massachusetts. From 1995-2006, Andrei was a staff member of the Boston Bruins Hockey team providing muscular therapy services and traveling with the team. In 2006, after retiring from the Boston Bruins, Andrei began forming his martial arts studio. In 2007, the SAMBO-7 School was created. Two years later, in 2009, team SAMBO-7 became the Champions of the International SAMBO USA Open Championship. Andrei's mission is to popularize his SAMBO passion in the USA and the World.

Alexander Antonyan
Alexander Antonyan started his boxing career at the age of 15 at Dynamo sports club (rep. of Azerbaijan USSR). He won 68 out of 85 fights 19 of which were won with a knockout. In 1979 Alexander took a second place on a prestigious championship of the republic of Azerbaijan. In 1981-1984 Alexander continued his winning strikes and won first places in the capital of USSR. During his Army years Alexander was one of the best fighters among the frequent military tournaments and was a champion of the region, where he was stationed. His military experience gave him a unique ability to supplement his boxing knowledge with a combat fighting mentality. Currently Alexander is teaching boxing class in the school of Sambo-7. Box makes a spirit of a person tougher and makes the human being strong and unbreakable. It is an essential weapon and I teach my students how to use this weapon practically so that they always feel confident in any situation in these, often complex times.
Yury Afenheim
Yury Afenheim was born In Gomel Belarus in 1984, during that time his dad Henadzi Afenheim was an active Judo and Sambo competitor; he also coached young kids and experienced teenagers who were trying to excel in the sport. Ever since he can remember Yury was practicing Sambo. Since the youngest age Yury was competing in a number of disciplines including Sambo, Judo, Greco-Roman wrestling and Free Style wrestling earning himself multiple honors and awards. At the age of fourteen his family moved to Massachusetts where he kept on training and competing. Yet, after a serious injury to his left elbow he had to stop practicing for almost a decade. In 2007 almost at the very birth of Sambo 7 Yury has returned to his favorite sport as a competitor and a coach. It didnβt take him long to start competing again in Judo, Sambo and Jiu Jitsu. In 2009 he has won 2009 the International SAMBO USA Open Championship in his weight class and helped his team show the best results at the competition. Yury is still and active competitor and trainer.
