CLUB OWNER AND COACH

With a background in men’s gymnastics and powerlifting, Nikos started his sambo career in 2018. He teaches both children and adults sambo classes. Nikos is a bronze medalist at the 2025 Pan American Sambo Championships and a two time USA National Champion.

Nikos is passionate about growing sambo as a sport in America and he runs both an Instagram page and YouTube channel called Spartan Sambo where he teaches not only sambo techniques but general strategy and concepts about the sport and general fitness.

Nikos also is trained as a sports massage therapist and as a strength and conditioning coach.
